Our USP

Scientific and Measurable

This program employs evidence-based mindfulness meditation techniques, designed to cultivate present moment awareness, reduce stress, and promote emotional regulation. It utilizes a structured approach with measurable outcomes

Measured with instruments

Beyond subjective experience, our meditation program utilizes objective measures to track progress and validate the effectiveness of mindfulness practice. We employ a multi-pronged approach, utilizing both physiological and psychological instruments.

Experiential

While scientific measures offer valuable insights, our meditation program emphasizes the experiential nature of this practice. It's not simply about achieving numbers on a scale; it's about the profound, personal journey of discovering the inner landscape of the mind.

Not Tied to Any Belief Systems

Our meditation program embraces the transformative power of mindfulness practice, accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. We offer a secular approach, free from religious dogma or affiliations.

Demystifying Meditation

Our meditation program aims to demystify the practice of meditation, making it accessible and approachable for everyone. We believe that meditation should be a clear and straightforward process, free from complex rituals or esoteric interpretations.

Centering

Centering is the act of focusing all attention on one dimension of the situation, discarding all the other dimensions. Reducing energy into a centre in the body will lead to emotional and spiritual balance which would give a sense of inner calm. This process would result in reducing stress by bringing awareness to the present moment.

EEG and Theta Waves:
Measuring Meditation's Effects

EEG measures brain activity via scalp electrodes, detecting electrical signals. Theta waves (4-7 Hz) correlate with relaxation and meditative states. Post-meditation EEG assesses theta wave amplitude changes to gauge the session’s effectiveness. However, a holistic interpretation requires considering other brainwave activity and individual variations.
